Where Pro sits among the serious planners
Sunsama, Motion and Akiflow are good planners, and they run from $19 to $34 a month (as of July 2026). None of them turn your logged hours into a client report. TaskBerry Pro does, for €9.95 a month.
No card required to start. If you upgrade, you are requesting immediate access and your 14-day withdrawal right lapses once you use the service (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). Cancel anytime from your account page.

Really free. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card, and it is not a trial that flips to a bill. It stays free while you use it. The 14-day free trial lives on Pro, for when you want to test the paid features, but the free plan is yours to keep either way: size your tasks, set the hours you actually have, and see the day tip red before you commit to it.
Free gives you the whole capacity board and the day-to-day planner: unlimited tasks, task sizes against a daily hour limit, deadline tracking, per-task time tracking, and 3 labels. That plans a real day. Pro at 9.95 euro a month adds Berry doing the heavy lifting, turning a brain dump into a sized plan, plus the billing payoff: client hours, reports and exports, for when you run several clients and want the month to add up.
No. Your tasks, history and reports stay in your account. You drop back to the Free plan and keep the capacity board; the Pro extras just switch off until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted, and you can cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.
No catch. One freelancer in the Netherlands built this for his own days, and it is priced to be the tool you keep, not a hook into a bigger plan. There is no sales team to fund and no pressure to upgrade, so the price can stay small. If it earns a place in your day, that is the whole business model.
