How TaskBerry works

TaskBerry is built around a simple loop: plan what you'll do, track how long it takes, and report what you delivered. Here's how each part works.

Plan it

Add tasks to your day and assign a size (S to XXL). The capacity bar shows your total load against your daily limit. If you're over capacity, tasks turn red before you start, so you can move something out instead of scrambling at 5pm.

Pace it

Use the built-in timer or log hours manually as you work. Mark tasks done when you finish. At the end of the day, the AI assistant can write a summary of what you shipped and flag what's still open.

Prove it

Export a monthly client report PDF that shows hours logged, tasks completed, and a plain-language value summary. Your client sees what they paid for. You spend 10 minutes at month-end instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.

That's the full loop. Most users start with planning, add time tracking in week two, and run their first client report at the end of month one.
